At Thee Pocahontas Collection, every order is prepared with care and intention. We are committed to getting your herbal body care products to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During product launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.

Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Thee Pocahontas Care Team is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages:

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. 

Thee Pocahontas Collection is not responsible for:

Lost packages
Delayed deliveries
Stolen packages marked as delivered

If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly and then reach out to us so we can assist where possible.

Warm Weather Notice:

Our handcrafted body butters contain natural ingredients that may soften or melt during warmer months.

This does not affect product quality or effectiveness.

If your body butter arrives softened:

Place it in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes.
Allow it to return to room temperature before use.
International Shipping

We currently [do/do not] offer international shipping.

Any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
